I have done the board game and I hope to show you pictures next post. I have the cards needed to play.
I also want to say that as of right now I have learned a lot about the way gameboards are made. It is not easy at all. I think the reason why is they you as the creator have so many ideas in mind that you want to apply to the same gameboard you (or me,hehe) are not able to concentrate in what is important for real. What I have just described has been my struggle throughout the project. Oh well having said that, I have no more updates to make.
I found this really cool article in the New York Times. It ties nicely with our Anatomy and physiology unit and so I want to share it with you!!!!
The reading was about the VAGUS NERVE: which sends impulses to all major organs. This was a study done by Kevin Tracey. His whole theory was to use electricity to stimulate the immune cells to stop an inflammatory response in a rat. He explained that this electricity treatment could replace the drug industry, because it is basically telling the body to heal itself by comunicating with impulses.
But like everything there are some challenges and one of those in the "bio electronics" field is actually translating or even figuring out what message to send to the body.
The article goes in much more detail but it is a really god article.
This is the link to the actal article:

Tell me what you think about it in the comments.
And that is all for today!!
